Carpet got burned and need to the patching

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/decking specialist to install Merbau decking in my front porch and entrance area, including steps (please refer to attached images). Scope of work: • Approx. 25 sqm total area • Includes porch, entrance path area and steps • Decking to be installed over existing concrete and over existing outdoor pavers (as shown in images) • Subframe/battens to be installed as required to ensure proper fixing and drainage • Neat finishing, edge trims and step nosings where required Materials: • Happy to discuss whether you can supply Merbau boards and fixings, or I can supply materials if preferred Requirements: • Proven experience with outdoor decking (Merbau preferred) • Must ensure correct drainage and fall away from the house • Own tools required • Please share photos of similar decking work if available

Repair timber floor. Tape has removed stain and lacquer on floor where tape has been removed. Understand this is a difficult repair.

Previously laid carpet needs to be stretched to get rid of buckled carpet

- Kitchen cabinet hinge needs to be fixed, cupboard is currently broken - Skirting boards are coming off the wall - needs to be secured/glued. I have spare ones at home.

Hybrid Floorboards for 3 bedrooms and a hallway (first floor) with total floor area of 42 sqm. Also new carpet installation for stairs (16 steps) with 6 stairs doing a u-turn. I can procure the hybrid boards or you can buy for me. (Looking for spotted gum colour with thckness around 6.5mm including underlay.

i have a 2 bedroom unit with lounge, dining and 2 ensuites. Under the current flooring is a cement foundation. I wish to polish these. This will require remove carpets, remove tiles from bathroom floor (bathroom are very tiny and (i can assist with this task). I have bluestone on floors in entry (only 2msq) and kitchen, and if cement can go over that then fine, but otherwise this needs to be removed also. polish the cement underneath. - Due date: Flexible
