I need to fit wood decking to my balcony floor, they need to be cut to fit edges . It doesn’t need any installation as it’s just a floating set of 30x30 boards with a lock in system

- 2 sections of floor boards have had water damage, approx 25cm wide x 90cm long on size - Water damaged from foam overflowing from washing machine, the laminate floor board is now buckled - There are 2 full sized spare floorboards already on hand, to use for the replacement - but you might just need 1 of them.

Need someone to lay the flooring to cover out new space. There are 120 tiles and each one is 1m x 1m. The space is 120sqm. Need this done Sunday if possible. My puppy ripped up the edges of carpet in our guest room. Mostly it looks like it just needs to be restretched. There is a little damage to underlay and one piece is ripped. Will pay for materials if receipts provided. Three sections are damaged with rough dimensions: 31x42 inches 12x46 inches 12x19 inches (I’m American and lost my metric tape measure sorry!!)
