I have a 2 bedroom apartment that requires skirting boards installed throughout

Replace 2m of damaged floor board in our lounge room (see photos). The floor board is about 2m up to the tape in the photo (damage is only beyond the tape). We ideally do not want to re-finish the whole room as we do not have a place to store our furniture.
