I removed a wardrobe in my bedroom and have a small area (approx. 10 square meters) need to install flooring and skirting. Need a handyman/carpenter help 1. Supply & Install Flooring: Match existing laminate (Grey Oak/Weathered Grey style, approx. 12mm thickness). Integrated underlay preferred. 2. Supply & Install Skirting (I already have skirting, might be enough): Match existing Colonial/Lambs Tongue profile (likely 92mm x 18mm). This includes cutting mitred corners and fixing to the wall. Levelling: Minor subfloor prep might be needed to ensure the new boards sit flush with the existing floor. Please see attached photos of the existing floor and skirting profile.

We’re looking for an experienced flooring professional to finish installing a small section of herringbone hybrid flooring in our apartment. The flooring is Easi-Plank herringbone hybrid. Due to a plumbing issue during our kitchen renovation, a section of flooring had to be lifted. Most of it has since been reinstalled, however there is still: • A small section in the study and • Part of the hallway needs to be completed Details: • Study size approx. 2m x 2m • Around half of the room is already done • All boards are already onsite, including cut pieces and spares • We want this completed properly to ensure no gaps and a clean finish We are not engaging the previous flooring company again due to incomplete work and poor service, and are simply looking for someone experienced to relay and finish the remaining section. Install 19m2 of vinyl tiles - tiles are approx 1200mm x 200mm. Install is on concrete floor. Concrete was laid 6 months ago. Concrete has been sealed and is ready to lay on. Cutting is very limited due to dimensions of space. Adhesive supplied based on what is required.

I spilled nail glue on the floor a few months ago and gradually been trying so hard to get it off, I tried acetone at first but it dried almost immediately. The white residue is probably cotton pads. I have been able to get it to fade by sanding it but figure I should leave the rest to someone else. If there's anyone who could get rid of the glue and apply polish over the top to make it blend back into the floor as much as possible that would be incredible.

Flooring has damage and will need to be filled/ replaced in some areas. We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.

We are re-doing our kitchen and have removed the floor tiles. There is original timber flooring through most of the kitchen, with some protruding nails.
