We need our deck sanded to remove old vanish and re-oiled. I'll supply the oil. Stairs also need a light sand and oil. Deck dimensions: 3.85 x 6.9m

Two rooms plus a hallway. Sanding back very orange floorboards plus polish - preferably matte. Rooms are different timbers so I know they won't look the same. Some help to move furniture also required.

Replace skirting boards & tidy up wall seam

Extend quick step classic Black Butt Light existing Laminate Flooring from Living/Hall into 2 no. bedrooms (currently carpet finish) approx 20m2. Extend laminate in hall to replace current tiled entry 1m2. Remove existing quadrant bead (white prefinished approx 20m linear length) in living/hall and replace with quick step quadrant scotia in matching colour to flooring. Also provide scotia for new bedroom and entry areas. Separate price for removing carpet/underlay/grippers and tiles floor entry (so I can decide if I pay for this or do it myself). Separate price for providing flooring and scotia (so I can decide if I get this myself or not). Require other jobs such as stud wall partition too so that could all be done with the flooring if undertaken by a licenced carpenter.

We have a marble stone shower, that needs cleaning and stone resealing and new silicon on the joints.

Assemble 3 IKEA PAX sliding door wardrobes (two 2m wardrobes and one 3m wardrobe), cut and remove skirting boards behind wardrobes and attach flush to wall. Please see photos of three wardrobes for internal configuration.

Small 2 bedroom apartment needs carpet layed in both bedrooms and lounge. I have purchased carpet and it’s on site. I have underdelay and smooth edge is down already. Excuse the photos as the rooms look messy due to painting. Paint is dry and room will be clear.

Require a rectangle of carpet removed and the surround properly fixed so i can recess a mat so it is level with the carpet - Due date: Flexible
