Sand existing finish and oil merbau decking boards on fence. Approximately 30m2 of timber. Oil supplied. Will require belt sander and orbital/finishing sander, oil applicator (Lambswool Applicator/Pad, Soft-Haired Decking Brush for edges, corners, and getting between the decking boards).

Looking for a handyman to cut and lay around 10 floorboards in an area below an old kitchen cabinet (fridge will now go above this area). Spare floorboards are supplied. It is not the full area in the photo - about 940mm x 700mm. Also supply and install about 2.5m of 20mmx140mm skirting. No need to paint - just install. Hi there, I'm looking to get my lino kitchen floor sealed. I need to get it sealed because it's old lino and there are a few cracks/ small broken pieces in some places. And my 16-year-old dog sometimes has "accidents" in the kitchen and though we mop the floor and disinfect, I worry that the floor seems to be unsealed and water etc is getting into the cracks/between the lino squares. The kitchen is small - approx 2x3m. Further, the bench, stove etc will mean the area that actually needs sealing is smaller. I know I could just buy floor sealer and try to DIY, but want this to be done professionally to make sure the finished look is un-noticeable. Would also like your professional advice/opinion on whether it would be possible to seal around the fridge/furniture used as pantry etc or would this look too bad when the furniture is eventually moved out?

Ignore the price... I had to enter something. There is a raised area in the laminate flooring in my house. It looks like there wasn't enough of an expansion gap left when it was laid. The skirting will presumably need taking off to investigate. I'd like someone to come and quote to resolve it.

There are 3 rips in our rental carpet that need repairing. We have carpet in the cupboard but if that is needed for the repairs we would just need to replace it with something similar.
