Find an experienced flooring expert in Marrickville South

Hi there, I'm looking to get my lino kitchen floor sealed. I need to get it sealed because it's old lino and there are a few cracks/ small broken pieces in some places. And my 16-year-old dog sometimes has "accidents" in the kitchen and though we mop the floor and disinfect, I worry that the floor seems to be unsealed and water etc is getting into the cracks/between the lino squares. The kitchen is small - approx 2x3m. Further, the bench, stove etc will mean the area that actually needs sealing is smaller. I know I could just buy floor sealer and try to DIY, but want this to be done professionally to make sure the finished look is un-noticeable. Would also like your professional advice/opinion on whether it would be possible to seal around the fridge/furniture used as pantry etc or would this look too bad when the furniture is eventually moved out?

- Remove "Self Adhesive Vinyl Planks" (bought from bunnings) from bathroom floor - bathroom floor is approximately 2.3m x 1.3m, and the vinyl stickers cover 3/4 of it

Ignore the price... I had to enter something. There is a raised area in the laminate flooring in my house. It looks like there wasn't enough of an expansion gap left when it was laid. The skirting will presumably need taking off to investigate. I'd like someone to come and quote to resolve it.

There are 3 rips in our rental carpet that need repairing. We have carpet in the cupboard but if that is needed for the repairs we would just need to replace it with something similar.

I have a concrete floor approx 10sqm (4m x 2.5m). I'm told that it's out by 1-4mm in some spots and that it needs to be levelled before I can install some new flooring. I would like someone to level it using a cement based self-levelling compound. It's a high-traffic area so we need to use a quick-dry product. We can discuss materials separately. I'm looking for someone that has the tools (mixing paddles, etc) and previous experience for this job.

Carpet burn (iron) I need patch

A few months ago, I had a flooding incident in my rental property, which required a flood specialist to rip up my carpets and remove the underlay to properly dry the area. The affected space includes a 4x4m bedroom and a 5x1m hallway. Now, I need the following done: - Re-stretching of the existing carpet - Replacement of the underlay - Repair of a small patch where the carpet is burnt - Carpet cleaning to restore the condition (I can do this separately so this is not a necessary service you need to offer) I've already invested a LOT of money in dealing with the initial flood damage, so I need this to be cost-effective without compromising basic functionality. This doesn’t need to be a premium job as I’m renting, but I do expect the work to be done efficiently. If it helps to keep costs down, I’m more than happy to source and supply the underlay myself. Let me know your best approach for this job.
