The existing floor is old pine timber boards, so correct preparation, stabilisation, decoupling and levelling are required before applying the microcement system. Finish to be matte and architectural, suitable for kitchen use. The job would need to start on 17 December and be completed by 20 December, or for the installer to confirm whether this timeframe is feasible and their availability. Please note that access is constrained: the apartment is in a heritage-listed building, located on the second floor with no lift. There is no on-site parking; nearby loading zones are available but not all-day parking.

Looking for a carpenter or handyman with the skills and experience to install 19mm x 19mm Ovolo to existing skirting boards in a house in Manly. The Ovolo is supplied and is painted. Approx. 60m of ovolo to be installed to all straight walls. I have highlighted in yellow where the ovolo is to be installed on the attached floorplan. Our plant leaked onto the carpet ( did not put down a plant plate) and burnt a small hole in the carpet. The carpet is already quite marked so replacement does not have to be perfect. Looking for someone to either source small patch of cream carpet or use existing carpet from spare bedroom wardrobe to pin down.
