I live in a small (25sqm) studio in an art deco building in Potts Point. I need help replacing the electrical sockets and placing them in the wall & removing the skirting board. Please let me know if you need more photos or a video. The sockets are only on one side of the studio and the electric wires start near the front door I believe.

Clean and polish decking: Remove and stack sections of timber decking (deck is approx 2.5x4m) Clean /gurney white tiles underneath timber decking Seal up any holes on each side of deck floor Replace timber decking Gurney clean top of timber decking Mend any broken timber slats Polish timber decking Could be done over two half days work to allow decking to dry before polishing on second day. (Provide own gurney, tools to repair some of the timber slats that have come off, sealant to fill holes, and tools to polish the timber decking (polish will be provided)

Angle grinding on concrete skirting in kitchen. Skirting needs to be cut to fit fridge. Skirting to be removed is 500mm long, 60mm high, 10mm wide. Best days are Sunday, Monday between 9 and 3, Tuesday after 12, Wednesday after 10. Apple in image for scale.

I havé 43m2 of floor to lay. I'm proposing to buy the product from Harvey Norman and am exploring the cost of installation. I believe one room may need slight levelling. I'm advised 80% is good. My building is 100 years old. I think my preference would be to remove the skirts and to reinstall the skirts or install new similar ones but I'm counting on advice. The floors won't be glued. Please don't respond if you're not credentialed or have no real experience. I know what I will pay via Harvey Norman so if your price is well above my estimate you're wasting our time. - Due date: Flexible
