Hello All So my building on the outside had a hole in the wall and water come into my apartment and made the carpet very very wet. Given all the rain we had it was very wet for around the full 2 weeks. The water has also caused damage to the Skirting Boards and Wall. I am looking for a person who knows Carpet but is also a handyman to be able to fix the wall and skirting boards in the pics. I need someone with Carpet experience so they can inspect under it for mould and if there fix/remove and relay the carpet so its correctly attached to the wood - I think the wood under the carpet is damaged also. - Due date: Flexible
