Hi there, we are currently seeking to replace the underlay and carpet in one bedroom of our rental property. It would need to be matched as closely as possible to the other bedrooms & we need to provide written quotes please. At this stage we do not have a date for install as we need to vacate the property first, the room is the second one in the attached floorplan. Size is 3.3 x 5.3. Please let me know if you can provide a rough estimate - we were hoping to book in as soon as we have a date to vacate, so that this can be completed before we hand the keys of the property back. Property manager has requested the quotes now.

We are getting our house restumped and need the floorboards lifted whilst keeping them in good condition to reuse on the same floor. House is 75m2 and has no access below hence we have to lift the floorboards.

Need a professional/demonstrated experience for a concrete floor grind (1st level apartment no elevator, approx. 16 stairs), Areas: Both bedrooms, Living room, entrance into apartment and area just outside bedrooms. Areas excluded: Bath, Toilet, Kitchen and Balcony. Total sqm = 45.7m. ATM floor in living room is floating floorboards and bedrooms have carpet. I will remove both and get it prepped ready for floor grind. You will need to supply grinder, vac/dust extractor and anything else. One curtain rod needs to be adhered to the ceiling, around 5 skirting boards to be nailed to the ceiling/wall with nail gun. One has already been fixed to the wall (in picture) and we have our other room with skirting boards also finished-example in the last picture

Our staircase needs to be finished. You will need to remove the old carpet staples, sand the staircase, fill damaged spots with putty and varnish the stairs to finish them. I believe the wood is teak but I don’t know,

We need to put a comertial kitchen floor vinyl in a space of 3.80 meter x 2.80 meter,(Ibelive we need 7 meters of vinyl, thinking to going up 10 to 15 cm into the wall), We have the option to purchace it from a supplier or if you have left over from previous jobs it my works for us. We are flexible with the time of intallation, but we would like to have it finished this week.

Apartment bedroom carpet replacement. The room is seperate from others and measures 10m2 and seems to be quiet cheap commercial carpet. I don't believe an underlay change is needed but I could be wrong. Looking for a quick fix before moving out
