There is oil spill on the floor, got soaked. The parts with the oil spill need to be replaced with the exact type of the floor as the rest. You need to advice on where we can source same material same quality

Carpet has been separated at seams. Has been tapped over with painters tape. A bit frayed at the edges. Need to remove the tape, trim the frays, and patch the seam. Would like to lay someone on a time and materials (T&M) rate. There is greater work beyond what is listed, this is an opportunity to establish a working relationship fr future contractor work.

Require removal of Floorboards, carpet & Underlay removed & disposed of from 2 bedroom apartment. Carpet in living & 2 bedrooms. Floorboards have been placed on top of carpet in living room, not even clicked in. Will be easy to remove. Also require disposal of 2 roller blinds from bedroom.
