Lay the hybrid floors Not sure if you lay in top of pre existing or remove old

Needing carpet and floorboards laying. I have attached a copy of the floor plan where the yellow is floorboards and the blue is carpet. There is about 1m squared of tiling that needs to be removed in order to place the floor boards. I unfortunately dont have the measurements as of yet but just want to get an idea of pricing. Due to allergies we are looking to lay laminate over our carpeted bedroom in our current rental. It is a small area (3.2M x 3M). Looking for someone who works in this field and has a small batch leftover that can be used to lay the flooring. Flexible on colour (prefer light over dark) but the laminate needs to be of thick quality so that it will stay flat on the carpeted floor.
