I am purchasing this timber-look vinyl flooring from Bunnings - https://www.bunnings.com.au/senso-2m-beige-wood-diy-practica-sheet-vinyl_p0333143 I estimate we will need about 45 square metres installed across two rooms, a hallway and a staircase. The installer will need to remove the existing vinyl floor and replace/reinstall the skirting.
