Urgent – Flooded Carpet Cleanup – Sunday Morning Hi! I need help tomorrow morning (Sunday) with emergency water extraction and carpet drying. I had a bathroom flood tonight — water soaked through the hallway carpet into the lounge. I’ve stopped the water and mopped up as much as I can, but the carpet and underlay are still very wet. The main task is removing the carpet from the main bedroom (4.5 x 3.7), sanding and polishing the floorboards to match the rest of the upstairs bedrooms. It would be great if you could provide all the necessary tools and source the appropriate floor polish. Could you please provide a quote for this job? We’re hoping to move in around the 10th of December, so if you need to inspect the room to quote, it will need to be after that date. Any initial advice would also be appreciated. We’ll also have several other jobs in the near future that will require carpentry work (such as wardrobe doors, new internal doors, a bathroom update, and some landscaping).
