Re-fix lifted corner of low composite deck to concrete slab Ground-level composite deck (Ekodeck boards on an aluminium subframe). The subframe sits on adjustable plastic pedestals which are glued down to a concrete slab. In one corner the adhesive never took. That pedestal has released and the deck edge now sits proud of the slab and moves underfoot. Nothing structural has moved. The posts and the rest of the deck are solid. This is an adhesive bond failure in one spot. What I need done Support the corner, re-level it to match the rest of the deck (it sits level as is) Re-secure the affected pedestal(s) to the slab mechanically — masonry anchors or concrete screws through the pedestal base into the slab. Requirements Fixings must be stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised. Set the height first, then fix. These wedge pedestals adjust by sliding. The slab is a standard patio slab. Done means The deck edge is level with the rest of the deck, solid underfoot with no rocking I am selling this property and a registered building inspector will look at this deck. Rear yard, access through the side gate. I am on site.

Lay wood flooring on small area which is a landing at top is stairs. Area measures approximately 2x3 metres and has 3 doors plus linen cupboard plus stairs coming off it. We have the flooring already but not the metal strips for the doorways.

I need someone that has Flooring experience to replace some of these Boards. I don’t have the boards in stock. I’m happy to pay extra for the Boards. Anything that will match or suit the profile spotted gum.

It’s hard to show in pictures but the carpet in the landing area of my townhome has been laid very roughly - the edges and joins are not neat and its not laying flat. In fairness it’s got lots of doors and corners even though the area only about 5m square but I hope someone can make it look better than it does currently.
