We had a contractor come and sanding and tint some hooped pine floors but the tint is patchy and it needs alight sand and another coat of feason and Watson tint proof in brown Japan. 53m2. Timber is hooped pine. Need it done asap as we have moved out the house temporarily to have this done

The wooden floor of a room (Earlier carpeted) of the size 390x360 cm needs to be sanded, stained to be in par with the rest of the floor and seal it.

Looking for a good quality floor sander and polisher in the local area that gives free quotes..??! We have a 60sm2 x 2 bedrooom unit at Palm Beach. There’s vinyl flooring and about 5 tiles in the kitchen that requires removal before the sanding and polishing work begins (only 8sm2 of the vinyl and tiles). Thanks guys ☺️

Floorboards sanded and polished

Some patches of wood has lost color that needs restoration/polished/resending (open to suggestions). I guess those 3-4 small patches can be sanded again (Preferred) or whole floor.

Hello everyone, My partner and I would like to have someone sand and polish our floorboards in our home. We have floorboards in the corridor. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The space is about 45-50 sqm (I’ve attached the floor plan for your information) The house will be completely empty. The floorboards right now are very dark and we would like it lighter (please see photos attached). In regard to the finish, we would like a light sheen to the finish. Nothing too glossy. There is an engineered floorboard floor which needs to be sanded on Monday. The whole area is 50 sq metres. There are no skirting boards installed and no furniture. I need the floor sander to 120 grit finish. Should take a professional about 6 hours There is a thin layer of varnish on the boards. I then need the floor cleaned ready for varnish on Tuesday

Sand and Polish Existing Timber Floors

Interior floor sanding is required. Room 1. Living room 18 square meters. Room 2. Bedroom 13.5 square meters. Room 3. Kitchen 4.5 square meters. Hall 3 square meters. Ground floor unit in Balaclava / East St Kilda. Carpet, battens and staples have been removed and further preparation of hammering loose nails is required prior to sanding. The floor boards are a variegated red Jarrah hardwood with some stains ( in photos ), the floor boards in main room only squeak and there is a dip of 4mm. At this stage only floor sanding is required, further work will depend on the outcome of the condition of the floor. The floor measures 39 square meters in total. You may like to provide an estimate or quote on site. The job can be done any day, but initially I can only show you the property for inspection between 7:00-8:45 - or after 7:00pm Monday to Friday or any time Saturday s. I would need an experienced interior floor sander, not a sander who specialises in outdoor decks. Thank you

Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Floor boards are warped, need some floor sanding done to make the flat, not a big area

I have just ripped up the carpet, underlay and side wood pieces with nails. I have removed as many staples as I can and having issues getting the rest out! If you’re able to help sand the wooden floors too this would be amazing!
