I am looking for an experienced Airtasker to sand both my front porch and back deck, ready for me to stain afterward. Areas to be sanded: Front porch: approx 235 cm × 260 cm (≈ 6 m²), fully exposed Back deck: approx 410 cm × 610 cm (≈ 25 m²), mostly covered with exposed edges Total sanding area approx 31 m² Details: • Timber is in good condition with no rot • Existing coating is a faded stain, not paint • Deck to be sanded back to bare timber and left even and stain-ready • No staining required Scope of work: •Sand all boards evenly •Include edges, borders, and any steps •Leave surface clean and ready for staining Requirements: • Airtasker to supply professional deck sanding equipment, edge sander, and sanding discs • Experience with deck sanding required • Dust extraction preferred

I’m looking for someone to repair / re oil the steps to my deck. Some are just worn down and some were blasted with a gurney a few months ago. Would love it done today or tomorrow.

Decking sanded and oiled

Timber deck approx 3 x 7m with steps. Deck was never sealed. Part has been pressure washed and has fibre lift. I need the entire deck sanded evenly (including steps) to remove furring and even out colour. Timber is likely tallowwood or similar and had a pink undertone when new. I want a very light, neutral oil finish to keep it pale and blonde (similar to European oak look). Looking for a neutralising oil system (eg Cutek Extreme with White tone or equivalent). No dark stains, no warm/amber oils, no paint. Please quote including sanding, prep and oil application.
