I have 14 stairs with a small platform in the middle. The sides of the stairs are painted white and I also need them sanded back to wood.

Some water damaged areas need repairing (pieces lifted and replaced), probably 2 square metres or so. Will need to source timber to match what is in place, which might be a mix of turpentine, blackbutt and spotted gum or similar. Finish needs to be 2 coats of hard wax (Osmo or similar). House will be vacant for about 2 weeks from March 12th, this is the window of opportunity.
