Sanding and oiling of spotted gum floors roughly 50sqm to be completed during kitchen renovation.

As shown in the photos, existing finish has deteriorated and worn in several areas while some protected sections still retain the darker finish. We would like the deck to be properly prepared, sanded as required and refinished.

Feast Watson wet look decking oil has been used. It has become patchy and needs sanding back. I will reapply product. Sanding only is needed. Decking is approximately 7m x 8m.

Patio decks need refinishing and staining to get them back looking great. I just want a good diy job as I am incredibly time poor. Not wanting to pay for a professional job.

Change of scope: I was previously looking to get somebody in to resand and polish the floorboards in the main part of our house plus our back deck. But I now just need the back deck done. Deck is approx 6 m × 4 m and needs sanding back to bare timber then oiling All the boards are in good condition apart from one tiny corner of the back deck, which I will have fixed up prior to this work being done.

I would like Light to medium sand on timber surfaces Clean timber power wash and Seal with good quality sealer. Front Gate and Fence- approx 25sqm. Side deck including 4 steps 15sqm Rear deck including 3 corner steps and BbQ cabinet- 35sqm. There are 3 decking boards which are cracking away which will need replacing. Overall the deck is on good nick.
