Armortech F100 functional trainer - want to move from back verandah to garage. Does not need to be completely dissembled, just enough to be able to take the weights off to move. May need two people to move the frame. Need to be reassembled in the garage.

I need a handyman to silicon the mirrors to ply or similar and then hang them in my shed. Gym. The mirrors were removed from silicon to Gyprock. The shed is aluminium/metal you will need to come have a look. I can send you to Bunnings around the corner get what you need and come back and hang them.

We are moving our gym into a new location so need the current rig taken down, brought upstairs then reassembled in a new area- has to be completed outside of clinic hours so would only work over the weekend

Assemble Cortex SS3 single-station home gym. Large, heavy gym equipment with cables and pulleys. Instructions will be provided. I can be available for short periods if there are any steps that require two people to lift or align parts, if needed. Please bring your own tools. Ideally looking to have this assembled in the next few days, but I am fairly flexible on timing during the day. Funky Monkey Jungle Gym set needing to be assembled. 5m x 2m size. All parts and tool is at location ready to be built.
