The diagrams show a 2-person job for parts of this. Total estimate: around 2.5 to 3 hours for the complete setup, assuming both cabinets are being built. A few caveats worth noting: the cabinet assembly requires a second person for some steps, and the cable management/control box wiring on the frame benefits from patience to get it tidy.
