We need the old wooden fence removed and disposed of as it’s not functional. Following that, we would like a new fence with gated access installed and aligned to the front of the house. I have a metal side gate where the latch/bolt goes into a brick wall. The brick has worn out and been patched previously and the bolt can now be forced out, wearing away the brick. I need a proper, long-lasting fix. I believe we need to drill into the brick and install a steel receiver/sleeve (tube) for the bolt or something similar to fix the issue. Open to other ideas!
