I need an experienced handyman or fencing specialist to mount an existing Colorbond side gate onto the wall of my house. The side gate already has hinges. ​Scope of Work: ​Mounting: Securely mount the gate to the external masonry/brick wall. ​Orientation: The gate must be installed so it swings outwards towards the street. This may require re-orienting the hinges or mounting the gate "inside out" to ensure proper clearance and swing. ​Hardware Supply: You must provide all necessary mounting hardware, including Heavy-duty masonry anchors (e.g., Dynabolts or Ankascrews). ​A standard "D-latch" or similar to keep the door closed. ​Functionality: The gate needs to stay unlocked at all times (no padlock or key-lock required), but it must latch securely so it doesn't blow open in the wind. ​Please bring all necessary tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, spirit level, etc.). ​Must have experience with Colorbond gates and masonry mounting to ensure the gate is plumb and doesn't sag. ​Photos of the gate and the side passage are attached.

House is built with Hebel so the fence post can’t be secured against the Hebel panel. A new (longer) gate fence post may be required which the cost can be covered outside of this quote.

I have a single 5 meter section of wire deck fencing that has snapped and needs replacing. The photos show the fence type and the attachments on both side of the wire. To be clear it is a “single” section of wire that needs replacing. I have purchased the wire.
