I have 6 ceiling pendant lights to remove the light shades only not the cords, remove 1 tv that is fixed to the wall and 4 light fittings screwed in, just the metal rod not the wiring. You will need to bring a ladder. Less than 1 hours work.

The middle level of a 4 level house is being renovated at present - I wanted to program a new panel as the old one is no longer working.
