My LG air conditioner recently stopped working. The inside unit works for about 5 minutes before switching itself off and displaying error code C5. The outdoor unit doesn't seem to come on, and the fan doesn't move. I've power cycled both units with no success, and there's no physical damage anywhere. I need a licensed technician to diagnose and assess the problem, so I can decide whether it's worth repairing, or if it needs to be replaced. It's in my apartment and the unit is getting close to 20 years old. I've included photos of the units and model numbers etc. Located in South Yarra and there's free visitor parking inside the apartment building for vehicles under 2.2m height. Safely remove light fitting

Replace broken light switch with a new one. Also change four single light switches to single dimmers. Would pay $300 in total for job if lights are compatible with dimmers.

I’ve got a garage studio where the power occasionally trips when high-power appliances like the kettle, washing machine or heater are being used. I believe the garage and some of the downstairs power points may be running on the same circuit. Could you please assess whether the load can be redistributed across the existing circuits, or whether it would be better to install a new dedicated circuit? I’m just looking for the most cost-effective way to prevent the power from tripping.
