Details of the work include: 1. Install 5 ceiling fans. 4 of them would be replacing existing Oyster lights, and 1 would require electrical wiring 2. Replace 2 Oyster lights in the kitchen and dining room. 3. Replace 2 smoke detectors in the house and install an additional smoke detector in the garage. 4. Replace 2 bathroom heater, exhaust and light 5. Replace 1 exterior wall light near front entrance

I have been replacing my downlights with smart downlights. Most of them have been easy - take the old downlight out and plug in the new one. But there are 3 that are not plugged in but are wired in differently (see photos). I assume this would involve stripping the wire from the new downlight and wiring it in to existing wiring.
