Need 3 new power points (using mounting blocks) in garage. 2 x 2 outlets and 1 x 4 outlet. There is an existing power point that should be able to run off the new PowerPoint's. Owner to supply power points and mounting boards. Electrican to supply cabling and cabel trunking (approx 6 meters). Preference is cabel trunking verse rigid conduit. Need 2 lights installed (owner to supply) 1. Replace 2 existing pendant lights (over kitchen bench) with one new pendant light. 2. Replace outside front door sensor light with a new sensor light.

This is the list for the following works. - Need installed 6 outdoor lights in the back yard (we have brought the lights. Power is in the area but may need extra wiring. -Supply and install x4 outdoor spot lights in the garden (wire and power is at location already). 2x are spot lights and the other 2 are small spot lights. -install only 6x light switches Grid connect brand (we have brought these switches). These do require to be connected to the internet before installing. The process is straightforward. Power at all locations. 3 switches on the first floor, 1 on the middle floor and 2 on the 3 level. -Supply and install intercom system, outdoor bell and supply internal monitor system. Power is supplied to the current locations. Must supply model for review and approve. -Inspections welcome and please ask any questions if req. Photos on file are of the bollard lights to be installed. Other photo is the outdoor spot lights that need to be replaced and installed. 2 x are med size and 2x are ready small.

Bathroom/Laundry: • GPO adjacent to vanity. • GPO in laundry cupboard. • 2x LED downlights. • 1x 3-gang light switch. • Exhaust fan installation and wiring (ducting to external wall – core hole to be provided by owner). Bedroom 1: • Install GPO under rear window (final location to be confirmed). Hallway: • Supply and install new light fixture and wall switch in hallway where none currently exists. • Recommend wall light be installed near bathroom entrance. Other: • All existing lighting, switches, and outlets will be replaced with new (owner to supply fixtures unless otherwise arranged).

See previous entry for details - Some repair after electrical channeling, and about a square metre of wall. We won't know what's involved exactly until after we have demolished existing kitchen on the Sunday and the sparky has done the channeling on the Monday, but we are confident the rendering could be done within a half day, so are wanting a quote on that. I have an Electrolux microwave and suddenly it hums when the door is closed (and the microwave is not in use) So I have been leaving the door open, but the microwave is extremely hot because the light is on. Is it worthwhile fixing and getting a service or buying a new microwave? Are there any microwave fixers who could help?
