Wall power socket is loose with exposed wiring (see photos). Need a licensed electrician to re-secure the socket and ensure wiring is safe. Prefer someone already working nearby who can drop by on the way, to keep the job quick and affordable. Do not attempt if unlicensed – must comply with NSW electrical safety standards.

The pendant light in the foyer does not work. Unfortunately someone removed all three globes so three new globes are required. The downlight in the kitchen doesn’t work and was removed. One needs to be replaced ( no pics at the moment of that) . Not sure what the problem is. Maybe circuit or switch in foyer

Electrical power points installation in a double brick home

I am having a new wardrobe installed and need the air con wiring moved for the install.

Looking to install four double power points in one of my rooms. Three on the same wall and one on the adjacent wall (brick). Budget is just indicative and I am open to reasonable quotes. Update: I've added a couple of pictures showing the wall and marked a rough location for the power points. On the second photo, there are no existing power points on the wall. The nearest power point in that room is 4.5m away (on the opposite wall) in the direction of the red arrow. There is also a panel of light switches right behind the wall (outside this room).
