Home IT help: set up new router just purchased to connect to associated smart TV’s, phones etc and wifi solar panels. Internet already working with existing router and provider but this is a better router and mainly need help with the solar panels set up

Issue 1: the new built-in oven (electric) works for about 1-2mins (and begins heating) and then the power of the whole oven turns off. We have called electrician who has said the circuit breaker power capability is fine. We are not sure what else could be the issue. The oven is the De Longhi DEP909M. Issue 2: two burners on the brand new gas stove top are having issues. Initially all 4 burners worked. After first time use, the biggest burner on left-hand bottom corner stopped working. It lights when the nob is pressed down, but stops when the nob is released and does not stay alight/on. My understanding is that the gas stops flowing. Now, the same thing happening to the top right-hand corner burner. The product is Haier 60cm gas cook top.

A large feature light hanging above a stair landing has stopped working. Other lights on the same circuit remain working The feature has 12 globes and all stopped working at the same time. Analysis required

We need to move a front load dryer or washing machine out to be able to run a power cable to a different socket, relatively large machines and would need to pull out from under close top bench

The task involves replacing 6 downlights, 2 bulbs on two external lights, replacing lights in the kitchen chimney and installing 2 pendant lights. This is labor cost only.
