I have a gas stove in a new apartment. I would like to change it for an induction stove however I have been advised that I need to confirm that the power point under the bench is capable of providing the correct current/power. I need someone to confirm whether or not it will work. The appliance to potentially be used is the Miele KM7679 induction. I have uploaded more photos to show the switchboard and distance from stove. I’ve also increased the budget. Task is now to change the power point so it is suitable to power the induction stove.

Telstra came out to set up internet (we just renovated apartment) but said that the phone socket was: 1) Not Meeting the NBN needs and ACMA guidelines. Power was needed adjacent to the telephone socket. Not Safe for Telstra to run cables across doorway under the carpet 2) Telstra tested the socket connection as per the TDR results (in photo)showing it is open at 27ft. The first part just means that phone socket needs to be moved closer to power outlet however I don’t understand what the second part means and if this is something that needs to be fixed? Can someone advise honestly and quote for job. I checked with NBN and the unit is connected to the NBN network

Hello, two part task: ADD NEW SWITCH Currently the lights for our room are controlled by a master switch outside. We would like to have our own switch in the room separate from the master switch. Will require a light switch for the room. PHILIPS HUE LIGHT INSTALL I need four light sockets installed and these Philips Hue downlights put into my depression treatment clinic in Edgecliff. They are for one room and the roof is made from the panelling you see in most older office buildings. Once set up, we would like to take out the fluorescent bulbs and have the downlights act as lighting for the room. There is only one switch to control the fluoroscent lights for the whole clinic but we want to be able to dim lights for our treatment. Unsure about hourly rate but happy to talk about what is fair.
