Beeping smoke alarm, need a handyman to replace the battery

I require a tv wall built. Please see photos for reference to get a better understanding. Dimensions are also there. I prefer someone who is a handyman and a licensed electrician but happy to hear from individuals too. Jobs required: Job 1 Planning to put in 2 marble pvc panels at the back behind the tv and small strips of cladding on both ends of the tv. Job 2 Need some shelving built and wrapped with vinyl which I can purchase for you. I prefer the cheapest boards possibly mdf or melamine to be wrapped. There are already existing downlights in each box where additional downlights will be required for the middle shelf of each. So I believe it shouldn't be hard to get power for the middle shelf through the top shelf with already existing downlights. Job 3 I will be hanging a tv in my bedroom wall so I will need a PowerPoint in the wall. It has an existing PowerPoint on the other wall not too far if that helps. I prefer the works to be completed anytime on weekends and the pricing is just $10 to get a better idea of the pricing of this job. Will raise depending on your quotes.

Located in Deanside, I require a qualified sparky to install a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom. The fan is already supplied (Arlec black ceiling fan). I will need the current bedroom light removed and replaced with the fan as the fan has a light on it. Outdoor down lights will need to be installed by drilling holes through the pillars of the facade if the house. These have also been supplied. I have a colourbond roof and can easy be unscrewed to access through to the pillars. Please refer to images if you’re up for the job. Jobs can be priced separately if required
