Small bathroom reno required due to water damaged floor and some wall water damage. $100hr plus all materials covered by us. It will take at least a few days to complete. Tasks: Uninstall shower screen. Replace internal wall studs. Replace bathroom floor including beams, waterproofing, boards and tiles and install new shower base for tiling over. Replace half wall in bathroom and to be retiled as outlined (matched tiles on hand). New plaster for red outlines areas including sanding and painted. New skirting in 3 spots. Uninstall toilet. Reinstallation of toilet will be performed by my plumber. Power point (which has already been removed) will be reinstalled by my electrician. Reinstall shower screen. We have a trailer to put the rubbish into, we will dispose that. To summarise at the end of the job it will be ready for plumber to simply install new toilet and shower head + taps. And electrician to re install the power point.
