Changing 2 led downlights in the hallway

We have a down light in our living room that has blown. We have a rental inspection coming up shortly and we won’t pass if the light is blown. We don’t feel comfortable replacing it ourselves. We would need the bulb to be supplied as we are unsure what’s needed Price includes labour & cost of replacement bulb

I need an electrician to provide smoke alarm battery, install the battery and test it to make sure the smoke alarm works. There are 2 smoke alarms so I need 2 batteries.

The heat switch and light switch are very flimsy and don’t click properly, so much so that the heat switch has actually caved into the switch itself -

4 x new downlights to be installed and two existing lights replaced. I have purchased the lights (picture attached). Must be a licensed electrician. Install date is flexible.
