Hi there! I'm looking for a reliable handyman to install a double curtain rod (for blackout and sheer curtains) onto my wall. I gave it a crack myself, but the anchors ended up a bit loose and caused a small crack in the plaster. I'd love to reuse the same holes if possible and secure or fix the issue . One of the existing brackets/hooks seems fine, but I’d appreciate it if you could cross-check it. Note: You will just need to mount the rod/brackets. I will hang the actual curtains myself! Materials: Please supply the appropriate heavy-duty anchors and screws. (If you need to grab anything, Bunnings is just 2–3 minutes from my place).

I have purchased curtains from BlindsOnline and need some help installing them. There are two rails (blockout and sheer curtains) in one bedroom. The blinds are ceiling fixing, so will require a cavity anchor, a spring toggle, or another similar mechanism to ensure safe affixing. The difficulty is the distance from the ceiling to the cement of the floor above the apartment is only 40mm deep, so the anchor screw needs to be quite short. The curtain brackets take a 1/8'' bolt, and the length of the bolt will need to be less than about 40mm with a spring loaded toggle or similar to put through the ceiling cavity.

Curtain rod holders to be drilled into wall. Existing holes not fit for heavier curtains. Hammer drill required.

I really need help to tidy up this mess ASAP! We need someone to install these curtain brackets properly and patch these holes in our drywall, it’s a mess! We have 4 sets of curtain rods that need raising roughly 4cm. Ive been told they apparently need 5mm nylon anchors to install into the brick. :)

Curtain rod was installed but middle bracket doesn't appear to be on a stud so has come out. Need bracket installed correctly and repair of hole. I have wall paint.
