Install curtain rods in 13 windows, mirror on the wall and 2 wall clocks

I want a curtain rod installed into a a concrete wall, external to the window cavity which already has a blind on the inside. I have a curtain rod purchased from spotlight (see pics)

I need 4 blinds taken down and then curtain rods installed in their place.

Shower curtain rod for bathroom broke. Needs a new and stable rod for shower curtain.

I have 4 windows that need curtain rods affixed to the frames. I have the metal rods (BUT they need cutting down 25mm) and I have the stirrup brackets. I just don’t have the tools or know how to install.
