Find professional cornice repairs in QLD

Ceiling and cornice painting needed in Holland Park. Ceiling & cornices required for two standard sized bedrooms, and ceiling required in the kitchen. I’ve already done walls & baseboards but I can’t do ceilings or cornices. Basically I’ve just used a roller, let the paint go onto the cornice moulding and I’m not good on a ladder or scaffolding. I have ceiling paint here already, caulk for the cornices, portable scaffolding, and wall paint. Photo 5 is in kitchen. The laundry needs the cornices finished, tiles on the wall behind the tub & cabinet. Is about 3.5 x 2 metres. Pantry needs 4 new gyprock walls. It about 2 x 1 metres. I don't really know how much it should cost, the $700 is just a bad guess. Let me know!

We have had a new window installed and require the surrounding cornice to be patched with putty and painted. The wall also requires some patching so will need to be painted also to ensure a good finish. We have the paints on site.

We had bathroom renovators leave an unfinished job, so we are in the process of fixing some of the work. They used a wood for the cornice whereas previously we had the simple curved cornice plaster. We want this returned back to this. Need a experience labourer to replace. Bathroom is around 3m x 4m - Tiling and Ceiling is fine - just the cornice work. Dont require painting - need a clean and professional finish. Budget for labour only, if you can get cheaper materials directly instead of bunnings, can add.

Plaster replacement on a wall where the existing plaster is damaged. Cornice installation on existing wall (but plastering was very rough). There is a small notch / edge in the wall that needs to remain the cornice here will be a bit more complex. Total cornice length is about 6m. We have 3m of cornice on site, AirTasker to provide the rest. Main section of plaster replacement is about 1900mm by 900mm, with two small sections each about 700 by 600. Rough in for electrical is complete, so plaster to be cut to fit around this. There is plywood bracing behind the 1900mm by 900 mm so this main section will need to be removed carefully from ontop of the bracing without damaging it. While we have 3m of cornice, we don't have any plasterboard spare. In addition to the kitchen area there is a small repair job required in a bedroom. Two strips on the wall and roof. Wall strips are each 90mm wide and 2.4m high, roof is 250mm wide and about 3m long in total.

Basically finish off the wall, you will need to supply all materials to make it look right
