Find professional cornice repairs in QLD

UPDATED - Need some plastering done so I can get my house suitable for rent. Needs around 9-10 metres of 75mm cornice done. 5 joins or so. Old cornice will need to be removed. Also, around 16 small screw holes patched here and there. Potentially a few power points as well. There may be additional work required, so can adjust budget up once you see the job. Thank you.

I’m looking for a handyman or Chippie with experience installing cornice and tidy up some gapping in the pantry, ready for painting. It’s a relatively small area (kitchen) approx 2x3m and decorative Queenslander cornice will be provided. The pantry just has a few gaps that need filling - can also provide gapping materials. Thanks

I need someone who is competent to supply 90mm cornice and install on the wall pictured below. Also need a few areas of cornice repaired. Wall end completed (I have the metal strips to complete the end of wall. I also have joining tape. Just need someone to supply the cornice, plaster and labour. Wall is 2.6m long I have spare sheets to use for patching if required.

Hi, I am building a tiny house and need the silicone/no more gaps done around cornice, skirting and bits here and there.

Looking for someone to carry out a small cosmetic repair in my kitchen. There was a leak (now fixed) that left some water damage and light mould on the kitchen ceiling cornice in one corner. The area will need mould treatment, possibly patching/filling?, and repainting. I can supply the paint that matches the surrounding ceiling.

Photos say it all. Requires plaster board, cornices and plastering. Would like it painted as well but can do myself as long as it it plastered and prepared for painting. Approximately 2.4 x 1.5 metres plus cornices. Need to come measure and quote.

Install 16m of 90mm cornice to three walls in residential house. 6 straight pieces and 7 corners. Must be experienced with cornice install and corner angles. Cornice and cornice cement supplied.

Needing to supply/install cornice above cabinets in kitchen to match the existing cornices and allow for painting. Does not need to be painted. Kitchen is approximately 3.5m long. Paint the walls and ceiling cornice of a 2.6m X 3m small nursery bedroom. Will need at least two coats of paint. The existing colour is a dark blue grey and the colour of choice for the bedroom is white. There is a chance it may need a third coat. Paint is supplied and we do have rollers and paint brushes if needed. Walls have been already patched of any holes.
