I need advanced Mac and Google Workspace IT Support. I have 6-8 Macs which I need someone to assist with. My business generally operates via Google Workspace: - Gmail powers our emails; - Google Drive hosts our documents; - Google Chat is used as informal internal communication (especially during lockdown); - We use Google Sheets in certain circumstances (like firm-wide to dos); - We use as many native Mac apps as we can (because of the Touch Bar and because they work better on Mac) - 'Mac Mail', 'Contacts', 'Safari', 'Reminders', 'iCal'; - we use Microsoft Word (Office 365 - but we don't use the storage or Outlook) for word processing (as lawyers); - we generally use 'CleanMyMac' for maintenance, etc; - I use 'Notability' as a digital notepad on iPad Pro which synchs with certain Macs; - I back up using a local Time Machine harddrive (on top of the Google Drive); - I personally use iCloud Drive and some computers need to be linked via an iCloud account, because Notability can only be synched at the moment via iCloud. I have an in-depth knowledge of how all these things work from a general operational perspective (and I have very set ways of doing things), but as the business grows, I need help fixing some complex issues, network conflicts and anomalies creeping into the IT. I need a true expert who understands the interactions between Google and Mac, not someone who sort of knows their stuff and fumbles through making up solutions (and charges for working out how to do it). Ultimately I accept that I may need to change some systems, but right now I need someone to help me make mine work, rather than propose new solutions (even those such proposals would be welcome in the future).
