We are purchasing a large family clothesline and need the base to be installed with concrete

We need to put up a new clothesline. The hole for the clothesline socket (clothesline has a removable post) needs to be dug. 800mm deep and 120-150mm in diameter. The ground is hard (clay) and is probably best done with an auger. Easy access to area for small machinery through a garage. Would like this done ASAP.
