Need assistance mounting 2 x vend line 1M clotheslines to external brick/concrete wall. Please bring all tools and equipment needed for the job. I have wall plugs but no appropriate screws etc for fastening - please bring them as well

I’ve attempted to install a Milkcan clothesline on my sloping concrete driveway, but I’m struggling to get the post level both ways without using packers that end up showing and making it look really bad.
