I'm looking for an experienced handyman or installer to complete the following jobs at my newly built home in Clyde North, VIC. Job 1 – Supply & Install 2 Side Access Gates Two side access gates required (front and rear side access). Looking for a modern horizontal slat design. Preferred finish: Dark Merbau or dark walnut timber. Black powder-coated steel frame. Include quality hinges, latch and key lock. Please advise if you can supply the gates or if you'd prefer I purchase them. Job 2 – Install Folding Clothesline Install a wall-mounted folding clothesline on the side of the house. Clothesline will likely be supplied by me (please confirm if you can also supply one). Installer to provide all fixings and ensure secure installation into the wall. Job 3 – Install Letterbox Install a modern parcel letterbox at the front of the property. Letterbox will likely be supplied by me. Secure installation onto a concrete footing or as recommended. Photos I've attached photos of both side access areas for gate measurements and access. Please include in your quote Labour cost. Supply cost (if you can supply the gates). Estimated timeframe. The front door is not closing properly and may be misaligned. It needs to be adjusted so it closes securely. The outdoor balcony clothesline bracket is also loose and needs to be reattached. Please see the attached photos.
