I have an old hills hoist I need removed (pulled out of the ground) and a new hills hoist installed.

Old rotary clothesline has rusted out near the base and fallen. Needs to be trimmed below ground level so that soil can cover. Posts to be installed with concrete in a different location and new folding line to be erected.
