Currently @ 32". the height needs to be 28".... 1 seater Chair & a 2 seater Will need to be have webbing and buckle / clips sew onto each 4 courners (will be supplied). You can bring your machine to my place - to do the alteration (preferably)..... or I can bring to you within 10km of Waterloo. The waterpoof covers is 420D in thickness.

I have purchased a beautiful mini dress from KYHA studios that I would love to wear to my wedding! It is a short dress but requires some alterations (the shoulder straps are too long and the skirt needs to be taken in and is also too long). I have a separate long tulle skirt, but the belt is elastic, which I’d like to change if possible! I am keen to chat through options so please consider the budget as flexible.

I’ve just purchased some new over the counter curtains as my current rental has only provided sheer; they are too cold & not providing privacy coverage… So I have now purchased some insulated types. There are 4 x in total. 135cm x 250cm. The length needs to be around 210cm. Not a difficult job… however I have no idea how to sew or alter them & I just don’t have time atm… thanks!

I have a linen dress that needs to be taken in slightly at the waist and the straps to be adjusted slightly.

I have a number of items that need some basic sewing work, as follows: - reattach a spagetti strap on one dress that broke - reattach the waste tie on a jumpsuit that broke - restitch the hem on a dress that came undone - restitch the seam on a blazer arm sleeve that came undone - stitch on clasps/buttons onto 3 dresses so they are less gaping at the cleavage All in all there are 7 pieces of clothing but all of the works are quite minor. There is no cutting of fabrics required, just stitching. Where there are items that I am asking for clasps to be added, I have purchased and will provide the clasps.

I have a dress that is a little loose at the top and needs taking in. I have a wedding on Tuesday so would need it done soon! I’m not a seamstress but I don’t think it’ll be very difficult to do! :)

Someone with capable sewing skills as needed to help with alterations for mardi gras costumes. Alterations need to be done on pre-bought shorts and woman's tops to make them more fitted for the event. Basically just taking in the length of the shorts for certain people and making them a little more fitted. Roughly over 20-30 garments (shorts and boxing robes probably need alterations. Need to be based close the survey hills. $25 per item not hour.
