Find a professional cement sheeting contractor in North East Melbourne

I'm currently building a timber deck and need a fire rated wall built between the deck and our neighbours fence. There is about a 250mm distance between side of deck and fence line. Fixings can be used to connect timber to garage wall but will be needed to be framed behind cement sheet. Photos attached. I have the cement sheet at the location so only requiring installation and pine timber to frame wall. Looking at getting this done sooner than later and need to be a qualified carpenter with experience in using this product.

Approx 45sqm of cement sheeting required to be laid over yellow tongue flooring, ideally James Hardy sheets. Screwed and stopped up. After it being completed so we can apply seamless flooring over the top ourselves. Carpet tiles will be removed. Materials also required, please quote for this as cement sheet not being supplied.

I require the cement sheet cladding to be replaced on the rear of my home. Access is easy as you can stand on the lower level roof. I need someone to put up two cement sheets in a shower and then seal the joints, in preparation for waterproofing and tiling.
