The ceiling fan in one bedroom barely works, on any setting 1, 2 or 3 it runs super slowly. It has been like this since moving in here a year and half ago. All the other fans are ok.

Hi there We’ve just moved into a property and need someone to take a look at three ceiling fans. Two fans in the downstairs lounge don’t have remotes. They’re meant to be controlled through wifi but we can’t get them to connect to the app or start at all. There’s also one fan in a bedroom that has a working light and a remote, but the fan itself won’t turn on. All lights work across all three fans. The model is stocked at Bunnings if replacement remotes are needed. We’re happy to purchase these in advance or you can include them in your quote if easier. Looking for someone who can review and fix the issue. Thanks so much.
