Fix a wall and remove a stain on a carpet.

I have a roughly 6m x 3m timber deck that has a dark stain on it and am looking for someone to sand it all off for me so that it is back to bare. As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself. Not sure what is a fair price for however many hours but happy to be reasonable and will go ahead if I can afford you! (before I resort to DIY!)

I need 5 sheets of plywood cut on a panel saw as I no longer have mine . Most are repetitive cuts . I will supply cut list and plywood and bring you the plywood and pick it up as well. I am in Reservoir , VIC so hopefully someone close by

Would like to obtain a quote for kitchen cabinetry preparation for dishwasher installation. Our doors are 40cm wide and the dishwasher width is 60cm. Will require 1.5 cabinets allocated to dishwasher (could use left over 20cm for a pull out bin?). May also need to reallocate drawers. I believe the best spot for the dishwasher will be on the end in first image.
