Hi I need someone to update my backyard steps to being the top one higher and maybe add a 3rd step. I'm thinking out of bricks i have red bricks or can be timber. looking for labour costs only should.be fairly quick easy job. Installing a ducted air-conditioner, require a segment of a built-in-robe to be boxed out so that ductwork can later be run from the top floor, down through the closet space to supply air to a room below. Need at least 300 X 300 cavity space to drop duct down. Cavity can be left open in the meantime, happy to get a plasterer to patch up the cavity once the new AC duct is installed.

I have a roughly 6m x 3m timber deck that has a dark stain on it and am looking for someone to sand it all off for me so that it is back to bare. As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself. Not sure what is a fair price for however many hours but happy to be reasonable and will go ahead if I can afford you! (before I resort to DIY!)
