Need help restoring wood on some of our stair posts

I’m looking for someone to seal the small gaps between the bottom of the skirting boards and timber flooring throughout the downstairs living area of my townhouse. The downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area approximately 8.8m × 4.8m (floor plan and photos attached). The gaps are generally quite small but I’d like them sealed primarily for draught proofing/air sealing as the timber floors are cold. Job includes: * Clean/prep the gaps where required * Apply a neat, continuous bead of flexible sealant suitable for the junction between painted timber skirting and timber flooring * Seal around the accessible perimeter of the downstairs timber-floored area * Tool/finish the sealant neatly with minimal visible bead * Supply sealant and required materials * Clean up afterwards I’m looking for a clean, professional finish. Please do not use expanding foam or rigid wood filler. Photos show examples of the gaps and the floor plan shows the approximate size of the downstairs area. Located in Reservoir, VIC.

Just started sanding back the window frames to paint and realised the arch isn't made of solid wood, looks to have some water damage and also as I tried to sand it felt like it was going to break. I don't really know if it's normal to have this kind of wood in a window arch but if so it needs replacing. Not sure what appropriate budget for this is - happy to discuss further.

Garage 5.3m x 3.6m made of single brick with some double brick pillars requires an inner wall of wood frame and plasterboard. Also a ceiling is required, including new battens to be attached to beams (beams are spaced 0.8 m apart so too far apart for plaster to be attached without battens) Garage door to be replaced with a sliding door (I purchase this). Any gaps around this filled with wood or wall. Also needed is a 2.3 section of internal single-sided plaster wall separating garage from the adjacent shed/studio. Photos have wood airing against walls and boxes - these will be moved by me asap.

I recently removed our door panel that usually covers our fridge, because its a bit of a nuisance. I would like to repurpose it to cover the areas around the fridge. The panel is Kaboodle oak latte (melamine faced particle board). I would like someone to measure and cut: 2 x smaller cabinet doors (to go above the fridge) 2 x long vertical strips (to be used either side of the fridge) I would also like the door hinges to be repositioned and installed for the 2 doors. I’ve attached photos to show the existing setup, and a mock-up of what we’re hoping to achieve for clarity.

See photos, need to install a floor to ceiling cabinet between wall and sink where the old hot water tank was. The last photo is of the type of cabinet I’d like - white no handle. The pipes can’t be moved. Need Airtasker to order the correct cabinet and materials as I’m not sure what will be required. Also little job to plaster up the hole at top - will be covered with a 3d printer piece but needs plaster finishing. The measurements of the space for the cupboard is : 47.5cm x 58.5cm x 2.4m. This is from wall to wall- not including the pipes that will need to be hidden some how. The shelving in the cupboard will be minimal as it’ll be for the vacuum and broom etc. No real weight bearing.

Hi I need someone to update my backyard steps to being the top one higher and maybe add a 3rd step. I'm thinking out of bricks i have red bricks or can be timber. looking for labour costs only should.be fairly quick easy job. Looking for some quotes so don't have a budget yet but think it would take long steps are about 1500mm long.
