Garage 5.3m x 3.6m made of single brick with some double brick pillars requires an inner wall of wood frame and plasterboard. Also a ceiling is required, including new battens to be attached to beams (beams are spaced 0.8 m apart so too far apart for plaster to be attached without battens) Garage door to be replaced with a sliding door (I purchase this). Any gaps around this filled with wood or wall. Also needed is a 2.3 section of internal single-sided plaster wall separating garage from the adjacent shed/studio. Photos have wood airing against walls and boxes - these will be moved by me asap.

I recently removed our door panel that usually covers our fridge, because its a bit of a nuisance. I would like to repurpose it to cover the areas around the fridge. The panel is Kaboodle oak latte (melamine faced particle board). I would like someone to measure and cut: 2 x smaller cabinet doors (to go above the fridge) 2 x long vertical strips (to be used either side of the fridge) I would also like the door hinges to be repositioned and installed for the 2 doors. I’ve attached photos to show the existing setup, and a mock-up of what we’re hoping to achieve for clarity.

The pipes can’t be moved. Need Airtasker to order the correct cabinet and materials as I’m not sure what will be required. Also little job to plaster up the hole at top - will be covered with a 3d printer piece but needs plaster finishing. The measurements of the space for the cupboard is : 47.5cm x 58.5cm x 2.4m. This is from wall to wall- not including the pipes that will need to be hidden some how. The shelving in the cupboard will be minimal as it’ll be for the vacuum and broom etc. No real weight bearing.

Refinishing of timber floors (downstairs) in a Reservoir townhouse. Approx 40m2. Refer floorplan I've highlighted in blue the extent. There are some gaps between boards that need to be filled in a few areas. Sand and refinish floors to new condition. Use hardy sealer / polyurethane coat. House has been recently painted and new carpets etc so dust suppression must be used.

Installing a ducted air-conditioner, require a segment of a built-in-robe to be boxed out so that ductwork can later be run from the top floor, down through the closet space to supply air to a room below. Need at least 300 X 300 cavity space to drop duct down. Cavity can be left open in the meantime, happy to get a plasterer to patch up the cavity once the new AC duct is installed.

I have a roughly 6m x 3m timber deck that has a dark stain on it and am looking for someone to sand it all off for me so that it is back to bare. As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself. Not sure what is a fair price for however many hours but happy to be reasonable and will go ahead if I can afford you! (before I resort to DIY!)
