Scope of work: - Remove the existing plasterboard from all 4 bathroom walls and the ceiling. - Remove the existing shower wall. - Build and install a new 1m x 1m shower wall in the required location. - Prepare the framing/opening and install a pre-purchased, ready-made shower niche that I will supply. - Ensure all new framing is straight, level, secure and suitable for a bathroom/wet area. - Ensure the framing and wall structure are suitable for the plumber and electrician to complete their rough-in work. - Leave the area properly prepared and ready for the plumber, electrician, and waterproofing contractor to complete their work. - Remove and dispose of all demolished plasterboard, shower wall materials and general construction waste from the site. Approximate bathroom size: 3m x 2.1m Ceiling height: approximately 2m

I have a new undermount rangehood but the current cabinetry is for a slideout. Have removed slideout rangehood appliance but not current cabinet. Needs new cabinet or alteration that allows for mounting new rangehood. Involves. Remove current cabinet and install New cabinet: 600mm wide 720mm high Depth 350mm-450mm Requires: Assemble/build cabinet with three cut outs: one to dimensions as specified in pictures, one for cord, one at top for chute. I have a flat pack cupboard that may be suitable if cutouts are made but pre-drilled holes were in the way of the cutout.

Need help restoring wood on some of our stair posts

I’m looking for someone to seal the small gaps between the bottom of the skirting boards and timber flooring throughout the downstairs living area of my townhouse. The downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area approximately 8.8m × 4.8m (floor plan and photos attached). The gaps are generally quite small but I’d like them sealed primarily for draught proofing/air sealing as the timber floors are cold. Job includes: * Clean/prep the gaps where required * Apply a neat, continuous bead of flexible sealant suitable for the junction between painted timber skirting and timber flooring * Seal around the accessible perimeter of the downstairs timber-floored area * Tool/finish the sealant neatly with minimal visible bead * Supply sealant and required materials * Clean up afterwards I’m looking for a clean, professional finish. Please sand down floor board that is damaged, soak and remove pet urine stain using hydrogen peroxide or oxalic bleach once removed re polish floor. I just don’t have the equipment. Small area of flooring ( hallway)

Just started sanding back the window frames to paint and realised the arch isn't made of solid wood, looks to have some water damage and also as I tried to sand it felt like it was going to break. I don't really know if it's normal to have this kind of wood in a window arch but if so it needs replacing. Not sure what appropriate budget for this is - happy to discuss further.

Garage 5.3m x 3.6m made of single brick with some double brick pillars requires an inner wall of wood frame and plasterboard. Also a ceiling is required, including new battens to be attached to beams (beams are spaced 0.8 m apart so too far apart for plaster to be attached without battens) Garage door to be replaced with a sliding door (I purchase this). Any gaps around this filled with wood or wall. Also needed is a 2.3 section of internal single-sided plaster wall separating garage from the adjacent shed/studio. Photos have wood airing against walls and boxes - these will be moved by me asap.

I recently removed our door panel that usually covers our fridge, because its a bit of a nuisance. I would like to repurpose it to cover the areas around the fridge. The panel is Kaboodle oak latte (melamine faced particle board). I would like someone to measure and cut: 2 x smaller cabinet doors (to go above the fridge) 2 x long vertical strips (to be used either side of the fridge) I would also like the door hinges to be repositioned and installed for the 2 doors. I’ve attached photos to show the existing setup, and a mock-up of what we’re hoping to achieve for clarity.
