Cabinetry already installed - I am just needing the laminate top to be cut (so its flush with the cabinets) and sealed onto the cabinetry. Note- The top is in the second photo. It is a laminate from Ikea. It also comes with the laminate strips to cover the cut though i would have thought the cut would be at the back hidden. Needing this done ASAP as it is in my work studio and I see clients.

I would like to redesign the sink and washing machine area to create a cleaner, more elegant, and well-organised space. The concept includes sliding doors for access to the washing machine and under-sink storage, a timber benchtop above the taps to hide all plumbing, and a drop-down bench cover that allows the sink to be used when required.
