1 year old deck. needs restaining if possible product that can last longer. Currently stained with Cabots water base stain-Merbau + polyurethane seal. which did not really last long. Deck needs sanding prior. Please all in materials and labour. no additional payment after quote, to complete the task.

There is a manhole, would like to cover with a wooden cover. There is also a gap around the heater, not sure if it’s also possible to cover that area, but don’t worry it is not the scope of this project, we can discuss about it while you are on site.

Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable handyman or carpenter for two small repair jobs at my home in East Bentleigh: 1️⃣ Window sill repair (indoor) – A small section of timber on the internal window sill has bubbled/warped from past moisture. The leak has been fixed. It already has paint, so no repainting is required — just need the damaged section repaired or replaced (see photo). 2️⃣ Fence repair (front yard) – A few timber fence panels are cracked, warped, or have small damaged sections at the bottom edge. The fence is generally solid but needs some small repairs and reinforcement (see photos). Please include materials in your quote or advise if you prefer I supply them. Flexible with timing — anytime this week works.

Carpentry work, VJ panelling and some cupboards, shelves. Planning to put fire place at the bottom so will need to be around that.

The weather board is rotten , needs replacement and painting

Details: • Over‑fridge cabinet needs modification so the door and side filler sit level/flush (see photo). • Shorten cabinet door and shorten matching filler piece to the same height. • Convert door to push‑to‑open (supply and install quality push‑open hardware/hinges or push latch as suitable). • Adjust/realign for even gaps. • Re‑caulk neatly around the cabinet after works. • Leave area clean. What I can provide: • Access and measurements. I don’t have hardware, so please include supply of push‑open mechanism, screws, and caulk in your quote. If a new filler panel is required, please advise and price separately. Requirements: • Experienced cabinetmaker/handyman with tools for clean cuts and edge finishing (edgebander or iron‑on edging). • Able to match existing colour/finish as closely as possible. • Insured and can work carefully around the fridge and surrounding cabinetry.

I can only fit my fridge if I take those panel doors out and now they cannot put back on due to the height. Needs to shorten the panels by 20-30mm and filler shorten to match the length (caulking will be required if redoing the filler). Would need a push open instead of finger pull. The panel door colour is Moss Grey polytec. Should be a relative quick job
