Posts are structural and load-bearing • Replace one timber post supporting railing • Replace existing timber railings • Replace existing latticework • Remove and dispose of old materials • Supply and install new timber, installed level, plumb, and securely fixed Additional notes: • Like-for-like timber replacement unless otherwise recommended • Porch will need to be safely supported while posts are replaced • Finish to be neat and suitable for external use. Painting not required.
