I need new skirting boards installed in my 2 bedroom apartment across the bedrooms, hallway and living room

Remove and replace damaged skirting boards (approx. 7 meters) Patch and repair damaged sections of garage walls Fill gaps, putty nail holes, and sand smooth Touch-up paint only on repaired areas Clean up and remove all rubbish after completion

Need to remove a skirting board of about 76cm long. But need it done without damaging the plaster behind.or the tiles next to it.

I removed 2 pieces of skirting board from a fridge recess (my fridge wouldn't fit) and I need this restored as we are vacating the property. I have purchased a length of matching skirting board. Need someone to cut to size, fix the board, and paint to match other skirting board. (see photos)

There may be moisture contributing to the damage, so I’m looking for someone experienced who can advise on the correct long-term fix. This is an older solid brick home in Melbourne.
