Need about 15cm of skirting board put back in place. I have some existing board from another wall as shown in photo. No painting necessary as I will be painting part of this room anyway, would just like it glued back in place and the gap filled so it looks as neat as possible.

There is a gap between the wall and the shower which is causing a leak on the floors. Water damage to plaster and skirting boards to be replaced. Silicon seal on stop the leak and replace the skirting board to close the gap with the tiles

You will need to supply your own tools, including a drop saw/mitre saw, nail gun and standard carpentry tools.The job includes: Measure and cut 3 sections of 140mm primed MDF skirting board to fit. Install the skirting using adhesive and fixings. Ensure everything is level and neatly finished. Remove and dispose of any offcuts. I will complete the filling, caulking, sanding and painting myself, so I'm only looking for the skirting to be professionally installed. The room is empty and has easy access. Looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, as this is a high-end cosmetic clinic.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to complete a few small handyman jobs in my apartment: 1. Fix 2 internal doors * Both doors don’t close properly and need to be adjusted (likely hinges or alignment). * They should open and close smoothly once repaired. 2. Fill gaps around the skirting boards * There are small gaps between the skirting boards and the wall/floor in several areas. * I already have Polyfilla F20 Gap Filler supplied, so you only need to apply it neatly with a caulking gun and leave a clean finish. Photos are attached for reference. Please bring your own tools (including a caulking gun and any tools needed for adjusting the doors). Hi I need a skilled carpenter to install an internal door for me. I also need a skirting board replaced. I’ve already purchased a door (not pre hung) hinges and the skirting. Door handles to be swapped from previous door. If possible putty to also be applied to the small part of damaged door frame (I don’t have any putty you would need to bring). Please have insurance.

I have timber rot in the lower section of an external ground floor door frame (bottom of the jamb on one side). The timber is soft and needs to be properly cut out and repaired or replaced. There is also a section of internal skirting board nearby that needs replacing to match the existing profile. Scope: - Cut out and replace rotten section of door jamb - Replace damaged internal skirting board (ideally is but doesn’t need to be a perfect match) - Leave ready for painting The door opens onto a brick-paved courtyard. There may be moisture contributing to the damage, so I’m looking for someone experienced who can advise on the correct long-term fix. This is an older solid brick home in Melbourne.
