I need a hallway of pine door arcs (6 doorways), and floor skirting boards sanded back and one window in preparation for painting. Cannot use electric sander due to profile of boards, must use sanding block/paper. Estimate as 2hrs work

Installation of skirting boards throughout whole apartment. I have had new flooring installed and hence the old skirting boards removed. Job also includes purchasing MDF moulding (picture of required size and style attached). Floor plan of apartment included for measurement reference.

There is a nail head sticking out behind the skirting need it removed so doesn’t scratch toliet door and skirting fitted back properly
