There is a nail head sticking out behind the skirting need it removed so doesn’t scratch toliet door and skirting fitted back properly

We have had new floors laid and we removed old skirting boards. The new skirting boards have been cut and laid, we just need them to be nailed on with a nail gun.

Seeking experienced carpenter to install approximately 40 metres of skirting boards (hallway and 2 bedrooms) at a property in Carlton North. Installation to include measuring, cutting and securing boards to the wall (brick) and mitering corners. Floor plan in last photo! I have purchased decorative moulding so be installed in the following rooms: - 2 x bedrooms - 1 x hallway - entryway - lounge room - small part of kitchen Second floor apartment. Walls are rendered brick. Old skirting has been removed. I have 24 lengths of 5.4m of skirting on-site in my garage. I have power available with a long extension lead for tools. I can help with some of the labour (such as taking cut pieces upstairs). Desperate for this to be done Friday as we are moving in Sunday and need time to paint it. The guy I had hired to do the job flaked on me :(
