Looking for an experienced handyman/painter to caulk skirting boards in a townhouse. Scope of work: • 2 x bedrooms (approx 11.1 sqm each) • Upstairs landing (approx 5.5 sqm) • Total skirting length: approx 35–38 linear metres This is a neat finishing job following recent flooring/painting works. Clean, straight caulk lines are important. Details: • Paintable white acrylic caulk to match existing skirting • Skirting boards already installed • Floors and surrounding areas are protected • Easy access, rooms are clear • Photos and floor plan attached for reference Requirements: • Experience with skirting/finishing caulking • Bring your own tools and materials • Clean up after job

Attend on-site to provide written quote for supply and installation of wooden beading at edge of skirting boards and wooden floors on ground floor of old house. One room has already been done; 3 other rooms need to be done. The beading will need to match the flooring in the 3 rooms, so need to visit site for visual inspection before providing quote. Supply and installation of the beading are not part of the scope; those will come later.

Unfortunately my little puppy has taken to the skirting boards. Needs patching and painting

Remove and replace toilet roll holder, remove and replace water supply line hose in toilet (materials supplied by me) and reattach 2 small sections of skirting board (materials supplied by me).
