I'm after someone who can sand back timber and skirting boards and lacquer it after sanding. Timber has minor damage to it by battery fluid.

The skirting boards were taken off to put down floorboards - and when they went back on there are some gaps - would like those sorted and there are three plaster board holes I would like patched as well .The skirting boards are throughout two bedrooms - hallway - loungeroom with gaps along the way. We had a water leak in our bathroom wall that was discovered and repaired after a bathroom renovation in November 2023. Skirting board along the wall has warped/developer damaged as it has dried out. This needs to be replaced. Small linen cupboard at end of the wall has plaster damage to bottom shelf and floor has been damaged since we moved in - area also has a musty smell. Would like to repair the wall and add a floor patch/cover board. Few losses of plaster/paint in the hall area that need to be patched up.

I have purchased decorative moulding so be installed in the following rooms: - 2 x bedrooms - 1 x hallway - entryway - lounge room - small part of kitchen Second floor apartment. Walls are rendered brick. Old skirting has been removed. I have 24 lengths of 5.4m of skirting on-site in my garage. I have power available with a long extension lead for tools. I can help with some of the labour (such as taking cut pieces upstairs). Desperate for this to be done Friday as we are moving in Sunday and need time to paint it. Floors are a hybrid click-system and have been installed, the walls are brick with cement render. The skirting boards are ordered and paid for and are ready for collection from Bowens, Epping. We need various jobs done around the house which include: -Install skirting boards in rumpus room -Install a 720mm internal door -Minor frame work done in kitchen (the alcove nook area that fridge and pantry need to go has a depth of 600mm and need to increase to about 750mm) - architrave to be installed on another internal door - front porch hand railing needs 2 x 1m railing install (currently missing) We also have various plaster jobs to do but might get a separate plasterer for that unless you are someone that can do it all. I understand it’s probably hard to quote total price without seeing all these jobs in person hence with the low price entered for budget. We have had two wardrobes removed. Behind the robes there was no plaster just old mortar. This needs to be ripped out and plasterboard replaced, and blended with the new plasterboard to the side. We also need new skirting board replaced along the length of the robes. Back wall length 220mm long and 270mm high, side wall 60mm. Please note it is TWO spaces. We need it done prior to 7/2 when we are having new carpet installed.

We have removed a cupboard and it shows a hole in the floor and a couple of gaps (approx 250mm & 650mm long)in the skirting board. Would like to patch these up to ensure the area is closed up / stop moisture getting in. Job does not need to be perfect as we will be putting a desk in front of it, but basically presentable.
