Find a reliable appliance technician in QLD

Rental house, Just moved in and has a full security system that runs to a screen in the kitchen. Would like to get the doorbell connected to that system so it actually goes off when someone is at the door and if possible use an app if the system has it available. No instructions were left by the owners.

I am looking for assistance with the following tasks at my property: • Installation of 18–20 smoke alarms • Installation of emergency lighting (if this is a service you offer) • Installation and setup of 3-4 WiFi mesh units • Reallocation of 1 security camera • Relocation of existing camera TV wiring to another room • Fixing or tidying internet modem wiring

There are 2 tasks: 1. Raise dryer on wall up about 90mm so top loader washing machine lid can be fully opened. Current wall attachment should be able to be used, you just need to move it up and ensure it’s screwed into studs etc. 2. Hang new “pod swing” in back patio area. There are no obvious exposed beams to hang it from so this one will take a bit of creativity and know/how. The swing is brand new and comes with instructions, screws for cement and wood. See photos. It only attaches in one place. I have shown a few options in the photos.

1) Reposition mounted dryer in laundry to lower height 2) Repair floating shelf beneath dryer The dryer in our laundry needs to be repositioned to a lower mounting position to allow the door to open freely. The floating shelf located below it is coming loose from its mounting and will need to be repositioned/ re-fixed as part of this job. Will need any defects in plasterboard to be repaired and the patching to be painted as part of the completed job.

I need a few outdoor Ring cameras with solar panels installed around my property. I already have the cameras and a drill. For someone who knows their way around a drill, this should be a fairly quick and straightforward job. If you have a good ladder, that’ll be great!

Need to replace my old cooktop with a new LG one, remove the old unit, and clean up afterwards. The wall switch can also be replaced if it’s not expensive, but it’s working fine. Safety and proper installation are important.

We just moved here. The House kitchen stove uses gas connected through (see photos) We don’t know how to changes these 2 bottles over, they appear to be empty! We’ve bought 2 new ones to use, from Bunnings.
