My Samsung washer/dryer is suddenly not draining water properly and causing the floors to flood. It seems to be a clog in the draining plumbing opposed to an issue in the machine itself (no error in the machine panel at this point). The main filter was cleared today too.

My fridge wasn't cooling so I opened up the back cover and noticed the evaporator fan wasn't working. I replaced the evaporator fan which works but now the fridge has a noticeable humming sound. Happy to pay for someone to come out and look and then go from there.

The metal ring has come loose from the seal of washing machine. The machine now leaks and can’t complete a wash. Partner has attempted to refit the metal ring to the seal but has had no success.
