The ducted heating panel shows a ‘ reset’ sign flashing on the screen and doesn’t turn on. The heating was working ok till 2 months ago. We tried following instructions on how to reset but it doesn’t seem to work.

Smeg oven - model number SA504X - is heating to the incorrect temperature. for example set to 180 but it will heat to 300. All other parts seem to be working - heating element, heating fan, cooling fan. The over temp sensor turns the heating element off just at the wrong temperature.

My apartment has an intercom system with a phone make farfisa. When there is a visitor in the main door, it rings and has notification light and can open the door as well. But there is no sound to the ringer at all. It makes some sound in the settings mode and I am able to select the ringtone etc. but does not actually ring when there is a visitor. There is a red light blinking with an indication of no sound. I tried the manual I found online but could not fix.

Need help to reinstall a Monarch 650 ducted vacuum unit. It was previously disconnected due to some renovation work. The task involves: • Drilling into the wall to mount the unit securely • Hanging the vacuum unit • Reconnecting it to the existing duct line No electrical or piping work needed—just mounting and duct reconnection. Please bring your own tools. Experience with ducted vacuums or handyman tasks preferred.

I have not had any luck since moving into my new rental when connecting the drain pipe to the tap. Water continues to leak from the hose, so not sure what may be required??

I need a clothes dryer bracket installed in my laundry. The bracket will be on a brick wall. I have the bracket but not the nuts and bolts, so I need those supplied as part of the job please. After it is installed, I also need a hand to carry the dryer from my garage and lift it onto the bracket in the laundry.

I believe there needs to be a hole drilled into the waste pipe before connecting the hose.

After trying a new dishwasher soap, the new soap ended up foaming up in our 3 year old Bosch Serie 6 60cm Freestanding Dishwasher SMS6HAI01A. This caused a E31-00 Aquastop error due to water reaching the bottom of the unit. After drying up the unit and clearing the error, the unit runs fine until the very end of the final rinse cycle and before the dry cycle where it leaks between the stainless steel tub and plastic sump. It only leaks at the very end when the water is hot. The error is now consistent with every wash despite using the regular Finish tablets. See photo for where the leak occurs. Looking for someone to come in and fix it. Likely needs a new sump seal.
