The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Fridges and freezers

The washing machine drain hose/outlet was blocked. While we were opening the valve, we accidentally damaged the valve and the black connecting pipe/tube inside that links to the valve. We replaced the valve with a new one (same type we’ve always used), but it’s still leaking. We suspect the internal black connecting pipe/tube has come loose or is damaged, so it doesn’t seal tightly with the valve and causes the leak.

Dishlex DSF6106X the dishwasher seems to start ok and water is dispensed on the initial cold rinse cycle but it never seems to continue to the wash cycle. Instead, it makes the continuous humming noise like it’s stuck. I’ve tried the normal troubleshooting bits like checking filters, turning off and on and made sure the hoses are the back are ok. Nothing seems to fix the issue
