Need a Qualified and/or Experienced with washing machine repair person to check to see if our Bosch series 4 washing machine is repairable. It’s only about 5 years old. It’s definitely a machine error. Machine control panel just switched itself off by itself when we switched it on. Machine was washing perfectly before this happened. I checked the fuse box It’s not that, I check the PowerPoint - even switched the plug into a different PowerPoint. It’s not that.

When turned on the device hot end temperature doesn’t get warmer. Prior to this filament was melting onto the hot ends. I have had to replace the extruder gear previously and wonder whether I didn’t reinstall the extruder unit correctly. I have purchased a replacement hot end and began to attempt replacement before figuring it would be better to get a professional to take a look.
