My Samsung heat pump dryer appears to be working except the drum is not rotating. The machine still powers on and heat is being generated, but the drum doesn’t spin properly. The last time it worked was with a very light load, but when I put in a normal/heavier load the drum stops rotating completely. Based on this it may be a belt, motor, or roller issue, but I’m not certain. I need our brand new dishwasher installed. Dishwasher has been delivered and still in packaging. Require installation next to pre-existing washing machine. Cold water output and waste output pipe already exist and easily accessible. However, both need splitting so that water output splits into both washing machine and dishwasher. And both waste water pipes from washing machine and dishwasher exit into pre-existing waste pipe. So adapters are needed including a Twin spigot S & P trap for the waste pipe (50mm).
