One side of our automatic front gate (right-hand side when entering) is currently not closing properly. The gate motor unit appears to have come loose or partially detached from its bracket, and as a result, the gate won’t align or close fully.

Our Haier washing machine has stopped spinning—the drum doesn’t rotate at all during the cycle. It still powers on, fills with water, and drains normally, but there’s no movement. We suspect it could be a motor issue, most likely the carbon brush needs to be changed. We were advised by another repairer that it’s likely a carbon brush issue, but they can’t assist as they only work on the west side of Melbourne. Installing c wire from braemar heating unit to smart thermostat

Need help to reinstall a Monarch 650 ducted vacuum unit. It was previously disconnected due to some renovation work. The task involves: • Drilling into the wall to mount the unit securely • Hanging the vacuum unit • Reconnecting it to the existing duct line No electrical or piping work needed—just mounting and duct reconnection. Please bring your own tools. Experience with ducted vacuums or handyman tasks preferred.

Modify existing kitchen cabinet for making space and install dishwasher & microwave oven . Dishwasher & microwave wave are not yet bought and can be bought as per advice from you after space measurement. Intended location of dishwasher and electric oven as per photos. Will require adjustment to cabinets. Similar colour of cabinets(white) or doors to be installed as appropriate.

Dishwasher is not working

Five year old Steelline sectional garage door needs a service. Installed five years ago and needs a good lube and check of fasteners etc. Starting to grab a little and stop occassionally but no problems.

It’s a Bosch dishwasher super silence 44bD and It keeps coming up with a 100 error code. Tried turning off and back on at the power point Tried holding the reset button. Neither work. Can anyone help

The coffee machine isn’t dispensing the water correctly to make a coffee. It seems the pipe/tube needs replacement

Previous Machine is disconnected and removed. Water disconnected. Need to remove water hose from new machine if possible and attach existing hose already attached to sink. Assistance needed tonight.
