My dryer fisher and paykel dryer doesn't spin i think from the dryer belt

We recently moved into our new apartment and I think the removalists didn’t quite install our washing machine correctly as there seems to be a leaking issue. Looking for someone that would help at a low price :) I assume it’d be an easy fix? Thanks!!

Fisher&Paykel washing machine requires new spin bearings. (very dry and noisey on spin. Model no. WH7560j1

Have been living in apartment since August 2024 and have run dishwasher once a week since then. Last 2 times run the dishwasher, power shorts out on 1 side of apartment (safety switch in power board flicks off). No visible signs of water leaking around dishwasher. Want someone to come assess what’s causing issue. Samsung washing machine door needs to be repalced. I have the part- new door seal ready to go. Last guy came in and he couldn’t fit door seal back in. I need someone who knows exactly what to do. I don’t want amateur please.

As far as I can tell, the cut out size should be fine for the new cooktop, that requires 860 by 490

Hi, I am looking for someone to help repair my dryer. Although the display panel shows everything is normal, the drum is not turning, and I suspect the belt inside has snapped. Could someone please come mount my dryer onto the wall above the washing machine. I currently sits on top of the washing machine but because of the taps at the back I can't push it all the way, so I can't close the laundry door. I'm not sure if it will need brackets underneath to support it or if it can be mounted at the top. Can provide additional pics if needed.
