Samsung front loader washing machine not working, no power and it was working 2 days ago before I moved house. Fisher and Paykel single draw dishwasher not draining

I have a new front loader dryer and I’m wanting it to be mounted abit above my washing machine, as that is a top loader washing machine. There is photo of wall space and red markings is where abouts I’d like it to be placed.
