Have a Bosch washing machine model WAK24160AU. Seeing Error 18 during washing cycles, when draining which indicates a blockage of the water pump. Have done the basic troubleshooting steps but the water pump cover is stuck, indicating debris is blocking the cover from being opened. Hello, We just moved house and removalists weren't able to install my washing machine as the water hose wasn't long enough. I've bought a new hose from bunnings, some rings to tighten the drain pipe, and tried to install this myself I thought all was going okay for the first few washes but there was water on the floor this morning Please help fix my terrible attempt at installation :)
